Free community runs focused on movement, connection, and well-being.
Resolve Running Club was created to promote physical and mental health in the community by bringing people together through running. Whether you are new to running, returning after time away, or already an experienced runner, this club is meant to be welcoming, supportive, and fun.
The club is a collaboration between Resolve Physical Therapy, Inner Resolve Counseling, and Ethan Kelly of TriKelly Coaching. Our goal is simple: encourage people to stay active, support both physical and mental health, and build a stronger community through running.
How it works
Resolve Running Club is led by a rotating group of run leaders. Because each leader has a different schedule, running background, and training focus, run days, times, locations, and workout types will vary.
You may see:
• beginner-friendly runs
• easy social runs
• stroller runs
• longer runs
• training-focused sessions based on the leader’s experience or current training
This flexible structure allows leaders to host runs that fit their schedules and training goals while welcoming runners of many different levels.
Where we post runs
We use Strava as our main communication hub for upcoming runs, updates, and schedule changes.
Join the club on Strava:
Please check Strava before each run in case a leader needs to adjust the location, time, or cancel due to weather or other last-minute changes.
